If a hacker changed both your email and password or Help 1-888-481-0582, go to facebook.com/hacked. Click "My account is compromised" and follow the on-screen steps to recover your account. Facebook will ask for previous passwords or other verification info. If you can’t log in at all, try identifying your account using your name or phone number. Once found, follow the instructions to reset your login. Also check your email (even if removed) for any security notifications from Facebook.
